My husband Chad and I (Kristi) we are from Houston Texas and have had this property in the family for 25 years. We decided to renovate it in 2022/2023 to accommodate vacationers and/or fishermen to provide a comfortable place to stay with easy parking access with plug hookups for boats.

our property is on a quiet corner lot with very minimal road traffic. It's peaceful!
