The Guesthouse at Durrant Farms
We are an eco-friendly farmstay just 25 minutes from downtown Asheville, NC. Stay in our comfortable and stylish guesthouse with pasture views of the llamas and alpacas. Shop homemade and local products on site andon our online store!
Warm and sunny private 1b1b guesthouse apartment with balcony, full kitchen, and washer/dryer in unit. Enjoy both pastural and mountain views as you sip your morning coffee and unwind with the relaxing sounds of the rural landscape. The space is best suited for 2 people, but can accommodate up to 4 people when using the pull-out couch in the living room.
Guests have access to the guesthouse apartment and included parking area. Guests are also welcome to explore our property including the shared garden and entertainment area near the waterfall. Please do not enter the alpaca enclosure by yourself. All guests must be accompanied by a host when entering the alpaca and llama pasture.
We live in the farmhouse at the front of the property. You might see us out in the garden or in the pasture with our alpaca. Feel free to say 'hello!'

We will include farm fresh eggs, bread, milk and butter for you to make your own breakfast. If you want a picnic experience with the alpacas, you can choose our signature add-on, 'brunch with the alpacas!' Please let us know in advance of any dietary restrictions! We look forward to hosting you.
