This newly-remodeled four-story, four-bedroom, 4-1/2 bath town home boasts over 2,400 sq ft of living space over four levels, accommodating up to 8 guests. It includes the amenities of the Sapphire Valley resort and is near boating, golf, white water rafting, and is minutes from the Cashiers Green.

The main floor houses a fully-equipped kitchen and laundry, large living space with a 70-inch TV, a Queen-sized Sofa bed, a large, farmhouse-style dining area and a gorgeous stone fireplace for cozy, cold evenings. This is also where you access the large, fully screened-in porch overlooking the meandering Horsepasture River. The ground floor has a two-car garage and access to the BBQ and fire pit.

The third floor has three bedrooms, including the master and its attached bath with a soaking tub and a shower. Two other bedrooms have a queen bed and two twin beds, respectively, each with it's own private bath. The fourth floor loft is an expansive family/game room which can be used as a bedroom in the evenings as it has a couch that converts to a queen bed, and has its own private bath area.

The property is located in the Wyndham Sapphire Valley Resort, just minutes from the Crossroads in Cashiers, NC. Resort amenities such as miniature golf, boating on Fairfield Lake, 1 indoor and 3 outdoor swimming pools, wet & dry saunas, fishing, a health club, exercise room, tennis, hot tubs, hiking trails and an arcade room. Access to most of the resort's amenities requires a small, $2 fee per person, per day, but is not a requirement for booking the Little Gem.

The resort also offers seasonal activities such as boating, golf, a ski slope & zip-lining, as well as massage & spa services. The resort restaurant, Mica's, is a leisurely 5-minute walking trail away. These amenities & services are offered at an additional charge.
