Large (3200 sq ft) home that comfortably accomodates 12 adults and children. This property has a large yard and extra room for parking vehicles and/or boat or trailer. The backyard backs up to the Whitewater Township Park on Elk Lake (chain of lakes) which has hiking trails, boat launch, public beach, Elk Lake lookout, and picnic area. All within walking distance or a short drive to launch your boat, or other water vehicles. The property is located 5 1/2 miles south of Elk Rapids and only 12 miles to Traverse City. 3 1/2 miles to Flintfields for the horse shows.
The home itself has 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. A/C, outdoor firepit, game room (basketball hoop, ping pong, etc.), wifi, and would be a great home for your stay. Enjoy beautiful sunrises over coffee from the back deck and finish the evening with a beautiful sunset from the front porch.
