This RV Lot is situated directly across from a common area over looking the ocean which is the perfect place to watch the sunrise with your cup of coffee. Venture Out is a community on Cudjoe Key surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean providing an 80' community pool, tennis courts, recreation center, convenient store with boat fueling station, boat ramp, laundry mats, and more.

A Registration/Check-In Fee of $125 (subject to change) will be charged by Venture Out at time of arrival. Parking for 1 vehicle per Unit. Extra parking permit may be available at the Guard Station for an additional nightly fee for a maximum of 14 days depending on availability. Must follow all the Rules and Regulations during your stay. There will be a 4% credit card processing fee that will be added when paying with a credit card.

Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 years or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 people, and all guests need to be registered with the property manager. Up to 2 dogs permitted per Venture Out Regulations. Check-In is at 4pm. Check-Out is at 10am. Unless otherwise arranged with the Property Manager prior to arrival. To ensure that you are protected, as well as the owner, we require a refundable $150 Security Deposit will be collected at time of booking.

Venture Out is a private gated community and requires all guests full names including children who will be joining you for your stay. Please include all your guests names when you submit a copy of your driver's license.
All reservations subject to final approval from the local Property Manager. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Property Manager within 24 hours. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Property Manager for the reservation to be confirmed.
Rates per night for the year: January-December $120 a night.
