Cozy and sweet condo .
Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Recently updated first floor studio with private golf course view. Condo is very spacious with separate kitchen, queen size bed, sofa, dining room table, TV, washer/dryer in the unit, closet, all updated shower, fully equipped kitchen, private lanai where you can access outside for your morning side walks with golf course views. Community offers heated pool, jacuzzi and outside grilling. Condo located in prime location in South Fort Myers near beaches, restaurants, Sanibel island, FSW college and more. Community is very quiet and just minutes away from lakes park and beaches. I also offer my Toyota RAV4 for rent for a very fare price just for my tenants.
