Fully furnished kitchen with gas stove, stainless appliances, and granite counters. Vinyl plank floors, neutral colors and all new furnishings throughout. Furnishings include a king bed, queen bed, a large sectional, and a dining table that easily sits 6. Pet and child friendly with a private fenced back space (10x20). Laundry located in utility room off back patio.
