Stroll down to the Boardwalk, visit a fabulous restaurant, or stay right where you are and enjoy six swimming pools, the gym, arcade, or the glorious Atlantic Ocean right at your feet! Whatever you decide to do, you have picked the perfect place to stay!

Recently renovated to provide the perfect family vacation experience, sleeping 10 comfortably, this condo features an open concept living and dining room area. With a six-seating dining room table, a brand new oversized sectional couch with a chaise lounge and ottoman, a large flatscreen TV (with streaming) and two additional armchairs. So, there is more than enough room to stretch out and get comfortable.

The Master Bedroom is sure wow you with a window wall overlooking the ocean, an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the oversized ocean front balcony, where you will have the most stunning views day or night.

The first bedroom when you enter the unit on the right has two XL Full size beds and a bathroom with a Jack and Jill entrance to the hallway. The bedroom on your left includes a King size bed, a set of Full-size bunk beds and en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom has a wall mounted flatscreen TV with Streaming and a full bathroom including tub and hairdryer. We also supply a Pack & Play for families.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances, granite counters, and all the amenities to cook with ease, including a blender, kettle, crock pot, knifes, flat and plateware, and large electric griddle/fry pan to cook for a crowd! 2 Coffee makers including a Keurig. Literally all the tools you need to cook your wonderful meals.

The resort itself is a majestic, beautiful building rising 18 stories high. It includes 6 stories of roof top and parking. It has many wonderful amenities like an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a lazy river, a jacuzzi / hot tub and a mushroom fountain pool. There is a deck at the back of the building which walks right out to a private beach for Grand Atlantic guests. The building also has an arcade center, and you can stop by for a delicious ice cream or sandwich (and Cocktails) at our own Scooby's Ice Cream Bar & Grill.

Garage parking passes are provided for 2 cars.

PLEASE KEEP TRACK OF THE KEYS AND PARKING PASSES BECAUSE THE RESORT ONLY GIVES US A SET AMOUNT PER YEAR. WE MUST INSIST YOU LEAVE BOTH KEYS AND PARKING PASSES ON THE KITCHEN COUNTER BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE. ANY KEYS NOT TURNED IN WILL BE A $25 DEDUCTION FROM YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT AND ANY PARKING PASSES NOT LEFT WILL RESULT IN A $300 DEDUCTION FOR EACH!!


One key will be mailed to you ahead of time to guarantee a contactless check-in. Inside on the kitchen counter you will find two additional door keys and 2 parking passes. The parking garage has a vehicle height limit of 6'8", any over-sized vehicles must park in the overflow lot 1/2 block down 21st Ave. There are (2) parking passes for the garage and (1) pass for the overflow lot.
If you need additional parking, there is affordable public parking at the Myrtle Beach Airport (long term parking), it's less than 2 miles away.

Note: Do not go to the Front Desk of the Grand Atlantic for anything! They will not issue additional door entry or parking passes. You will be provided with the contact information of the rental manager and my own should anything come up.

Renter must be 25 years of age with photo ID required. No third-party renters or group parties allowed (NO graduation, spring break, bachelor, bridal showers, etc. allowed) No pets allowed. Renters must abide by the Rules and Regulations established by the Grand Atlantic.
All bedding is included in the cleaning and linen fee as well as an ample supply of large fluffy bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Daily replenishment of towels and linens is not provided.
There are towels provided in the pool area, beach towels are not provided. Please do not remove towels from the condo as they are the property of management.
