Wonderful stay

This loft apartment was a wonderful place. Clean, comfortable beds, great location! The hosts were very helpful and answered my messages very quickly! Will definitely stay here again if we are back in Kalamazoo!

Non-ski Ski Trip

We booked our VRBO, planning to ski. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate, but there was still plenty to do. The property had games and was located within walking distance of breweries, coffee shops, and shopping. I would highly recommend this property if planning on spending time in Kalamazoo.

Beautiful loft in heart of downtown

Loft is clean and spacious. We enjoyed the amenities and the perfect downtown location to shops and restaurants. Unfortunately the elevator broke, so we got in a lot of steps!

SIL trip!

We wanted a space that was comfortable and a little luxurious for our first annual SIL trip. It was important to us to have a safe space to cook and play games together. We definitely got that! The building was secure and area very walkable so we did not have to rely on cars to find a good time. We loved the duck pin bowling, bakery, and coffee shop that was near by.

Wonderful stay at the Loft!

We loved our stay at the loft! We were in town for the teen CrossFit games and had a group of 6 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The beds were super comfy, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and everything was super clean. Zach and Jackie were awesome hosts, going above and beyond for anything we needed. I highly recommend staying here! You won’t regret it :)

Excellent Stay and Excellent Hosts

This is a beautiful apartment/condo with phenomenal hosts. I have stayed in several VRBO’s and never have I had hosts who regularly checked in to make sure we were okay and didn’t need anything. They were super accommodating with an early check in time and addressed needs immediately. This is a beautifully kept and extremely clean property. We will definitely look to stay with them again when we return to the area.

Family Reunion in K-Zoo

We visited the K-Zoo area for our grandson’s HS graduation and our annual family reunion. The location of this loft is really nice with plenty to do nearby. The pictures and description are accurate, which was helpful toward making a decision and being happy about it. The owner’s are considerate and thoughtful. Simply put, it’s a comfortable place to stay and we will try to get it the next time we’re in town.

Wonderful Stay in KZoo (100% Recommend)

First, I'd have to say that the communication between myself and hosts was top-notch. They communicated with me leading up to my stay and even let me know that they would be out of town with a family emergency and gave me alternate phone numbers to call in case something were to arise with my travel plans or issues at the property. This was by far the most communication I've had in the different experiences renting homes on VRBO. Second, the apartment/loft is wonderful. Clean, well-stocked, and very visually appealing. This is an old building that looked as if it was re-purposed to be a residential building. Very cool building and apartment. All amenities didn't disappoint and we were happy that all the cool breweries were within walking distance. TV's worked well as did all appliances. Beds were comfy and different toiletries were all much appreciated. This space was great for entertaining as we were there for a graduation and did a small breakfast the day of the grad. My 8 and 6 year old really enjoyed the video games and shuffleboard table! Would 100% recommend!

Great Loft! Lots to Do!

We enjoyed our time at this awesome loft! It was super clean and well stocked. Our kids loved the shuffle board table and the other games. The beds were very comfortable. It was a short walk to cute shops and great restaurants. Jackie and Zach were very helpful with everything and super responsive. The instructions for parking and building entry were very clear, and they even sent a helpful video. There was a little mix-up with our entry code at check-in and they went out of their way to fix it. We even had a box of Crumbl Cookies delivered to our door the next morning! The neighbors were kind and quiet (although it is a downtown loft. Expect to hear some sirens and trains). We would definitely recommend this property.

This is a great rental. Our family stayed here for a family wedding. The location was perfect and hosts were very accommodating. The rental had every we need and was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo is perfectly placed in downtown Kalamazoo. We were able to walk to our event and to great local restaurants. The condo is so well appointed and decorated with such charm. They communicated with us constantly and offered added help if needed. I would surely stay with them again!

Amazing location!

We came to the Zoo to celebrate my husbands birthday with friends for the weekend. The check in process was VERY easy! The host provided a detailed video and instructions on how to easily access the rental. When we walked in we were EXTREMELY happy! It was not only clean but beautifully decorated. The unit we rented was spacious and easily accommodated all three couples and could’ve accommodated more. The location felt safe and was walking distance to The Exchange, HopCat, Bells Brewery and other places that we wanted to visit. It was centrally located to shopping and restaurants too! Bimbos pizza was a literally next door and so was a great bakery! I wouldn’t hesitate to visit this location again and stay here! In fact I’d insist that we did! The host was also very nice and checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything. We loved every second! 10/10 would recommend.

Great Loft Space

We rented this space to attend my son’s graduation from Kalamazoo College. There was plenty of room for myself, my husband and our 2 adult children’s. My parents also visited us briefly too and it never felt crowded. The location was perfect with lots of great restaurants in walking distance. We had plenty of space to have meals together in loft too. The pictures represent the space very well. I’d gladly stay here again.
