This 3 Story, Beautifully Redecorated town home is located in a great location which has 3 LARGE BEDROOMS, 3.5 baths along & high speed internet. Two (2) Master Queen bedrooms - each have PRIVATE Bathrooms PLUS a Balcony off each bedroom w/ Bay views. Enjoy your favorite TV show at night on the 42' Flat Panel TV's in the Queen bedrooms and family room. The third bedroom has a Double and a Twin bed along with a 24" TV which is for watching DVD movies ONLY. (Sorry, NO CABLE on the 4th TV)

New for 2021, a Linen Service is provided along with complimentary starter of paper supplies for our guests! This means ALL BEDS are made PRIOR to your arrival with towels, hand towels and wash clothes provided as well. Complimentary welcome supplies includes 2 toilet paper in each bathroom, tissues, air fresheners, disinfectant spray, liquid hand soaps in all bathrooms, cotton balls, napkins, liquid dish detergent, dishwasher tablets, trash bags and 1 roll of paper towels.

Our unit offers 2 COVERED Reserved Parking Spots along with 4 beach chairs for your convenience which means less for you to pack! NEW PRIVATE OUTSIDE Shower also for your use.

Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, electric range, dishes, glasses and more! For your convenience, our unit includes a full size washer and dryer located on the first floor.

No Pets are permitted at any time.*** Must be 25 years of age OR older to rent. Driver's license required as proof of ID)

Great beach house

Loved this property! Everything was clean, lots of supplies in the home for us. The location was great and everything was in working order. Stayed here with a group of 6 women, everyone said they’d rebook. Recommend 100%

Family Vacation

This was a great place for our family vacation. 5 adults and 1 kid lived comfortably in this unit. Quick walk to the beach and close to bus stops. Property manager responded very quickly to questions.

The apartment is amazing.

The apartment is amazing. The location is right right by the bay and two blocks to the beach. The only issue we had was the neighbors, they tended to play loud music till way past midnight, but that it’s self is out of the control of the property owner. Overall it was an absolute blast and I will definitely be looking for this place again for my next vacation.

Perfect getaway

Great family place to stay

Property manager was phenomenal with questions/communication. Had 4 kids (1,3,5,7). Area quiet at night, easily walkable to beach, short drive to board walk. Definitely coming back to this location!

Clean, Roomy, and Close to Everything

This property is close walking distance to many great restaurants and most importantly, the beach. It was clean and updated and even though it was close to Coastal Highway it was quiet. A nice place for our family to stay!

Family Vacation Success

The house was very clean, well kept and inviting. The beach is just a short walk across the street. Plenty of shops and eateries within walking distance. Looking forward to next year already. A great option for a large family.

Great Condo! Close to Convention Center

Everything went very smoothly from booking to check out. Sharon was in constant communication and quickly replied to any concerns I had. The keypad entry was great so we didn’t have to manage keys. Easy walk to the Convention Center and restaurants. Very clean & nice place! Would stay there again.

Excellent place to stay, all the comforts of home

This condo was lovely. It is so well stocked with everything you’d need to be comfortable. It’s decorated well and is bright and sunny. Having parking spots thay are assigned and covered was great too. The location was fine, about a block and a half from the beach. It’s right next to a surf shop and good restaurant. The property manager messaged me as soon as we arrived to see if everything was ok. We found the place very comfortable and loved our time there.

Everything was fine overall for a two night stay. I communicated a concern with the manager and they were prompt in their responses. Though the issue wasn't addressed during my stay, I was ok because we only stayed two nights.

Great quiet condo but close to everything

Booking process was smooth from reservation to check in. Sharon was in constant communication and quickly replied to any question I had. The condo is just like the photos. It’s 3 levels so you’re not on top of everyone. The fact that we didn’t need to bring towels or bed linens was such a perk. The condo was fully stocked with toiletries, cleaning products and kitchenware. Only thing it doesn’t have is a wine opener, just as an FYI. It’s on a quiet side street but minutes from the beach and restaurants. We would absolutely book again!

Perfect property for a weekend get away!

Everything went very smoothly from booking to check out. We had four people in our group and there was plenty of space for all of us. We were close enough to restaurants and activities to feel part of the action. Having parking was a real plus!

Great location and lovely accommodations

This place was lovely and the keypad entry was great so we didn’t have to manage keys. We loved that they had linen service because it was nice to just come in and relax. Easy to walk to restaurants, bars and Seacrets lol. Recommend that you bring a baking sheet if you want to bake things in oven—it’s the only thing the place didn’t have but we made it work. Would stay here again!

Enjoyable beach vacation

We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the outdoor shower was helpful. We appreciated the many towels and beach chairs. The kitchen could have been stocked a little more but if you aren’t planning on doing much cooking it’s fine. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated being able to spend time here with our family.

The property is just as the pictures show! Very clean, plenty of linens and towels for everyone. The space is perfect and allowed each family to have their own bedroom and bathroom with a shared living space. Check in was easy and very accommodating. Communication with the property manager was excellent! Location was great as well. Just a short walk to the beach, many restaurants and several fun activities. Will definitely book this property for future OC vacations!
