I grew up in Santa Monica with my 3 siblings and my mother who has been a top Realtor for the past 50 years with Coldwell Banker. My family owns and manages many income properties in Los Angeles and Southampton, NY (listing on VRBO).
This is my primary residence where I raised my son. He now attends school on the East Coast so I spend half my year in New York, CT and soon to be PA where he will be attending college.

Why they chose this property
Pacific Palisades is "Where the Mountains meet the Sea." It is an affluent, safe, family centric town with great restaurants, yoga, shops, coffee in the quaint downtown. Close to the beach and hiking. It is unlike any other parts of the Westside because it is perched up on a cliff overlooking the ocean with only local businesses.
What makes this property unique
My home is only leased for the months I spend on the East Coast. It is my primary residence and is cared and managed as my primary property verses other "income" properties that don't have the comfortable feel and energy of a well loved and cared for home with modern furniture, lovely dishes, fully stocked chef's kitchen.
