Lots of Green Space and beautiful trees on the backyard. The house has been recently remodeled, and is fully equipped for you to enjoy a relaxing weekend getaway at the lake. When booking, you will have access to the Point Venture parks and amenities. The house is located in a safe, quite neighborhood. You will not be disappointed.

Great location, with many outdoor activities that you will be able to enjoy, like, pool, gym, beach lake with the most beautiful sunsets, and a golf course. You can eat great meals at Caddie Shack Bar and Captain Pete’s Boathouse by the lake. You will also see friendly deer 🦌 all around the area.
