This is a five bedroom, 3.5 bath home with private pool, full kitchen, living room and dining room. 10 minute drive from the town of Cajamarca (6 miles). This home is located in the exclusive community of Laguna Seca. Travelers visit the public Inca baths located two blocks away. Located one block away is the Baños Del Inca Mercado, where you can food shop all local foods!

This property is a home we built from the ground up for my parents retirement. Now that they are retired, they travel back and forth from USA to Peru. We love that we can share our dream home with you.

The best thing about this home is the hot water from the natural springs found in this region. The water is said to be medicinal, great for regenerating skin, the mind and the soul!
