Beachside Condo for 8 - Walk to Everything!

Keep it simple at this centrally-located beachside condo. Enjoy all that Gulf Shores has to offer without getting in your car. No need to cross the street to get to the beach as the beach is a few steps from our parking lot. Look no further for the perfect condo at a reasonable price!

Ocean Reef 116 is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, second floor walk up unit that will sleep 6. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the upstairs loft area has 2 queen beds. Great Beach location for a family that likes to walk to everything. This unit has been recently updated with all new appliances. New flooring and fresh paint!

There is an on site laundry room, covered parking and on site security. This is a non-smoking unit. This property allows up to two vehicles per reservation. No trailers.

There are 2 parking spots available to you. The condo asks no trailers be parked in the parking stalls. It is $20 per stall per stay.

10 minute walk to the center of Gulf Shores, steps from numerous restaurants, shops etc.

No Elevator, must be able to climb TWO flight of stairs to the unit.

The condo is clean and well supplied. The owner Jana is excellent and responded quickly. Lots of families on property, but surprisingly really peaceful. Condo is also in great location. I'll be back!!! Thank you for an amazing stay!!

We had the best time at this property! The location is amazing!!! The walk to the beach was so short and our cars are so close being right under the condo. Everything was very clean and perfect for our group. Our host was very communicative and in a timely manner. We would absolutely book again and highly recommend this property for a great vacation!

Girls trip
Overall the property was as expected. The laundry is onsite but not in the unit. We had to request a new tv because the one in the unit was damaged upon arrival and some used towels were hanging in the bathroom.
