Outside features a large 2 car garage with circular driveway, private yard with a fire pit. Water heater is 1-year-old. Upgraded windows. House has hurricane shutters that take minutes to insert. Lots of areas in the backyard for socializing. Bedrooms have large closets with bypass doors for lots of storage. Go to restaurants, parks and grocery/shopping centers.
