The villa has about 850 square feet of living area. It occupies two levels, with the second level providing about one-half of the area of the main (entrance) level. There is a full bath on both levels. This unit has been completely renovated both inside and out.
The entrance to this villa is one floor up from ground level providing beautiful views of the bay below and unforgettable sunsets. Both the building and the villas location with in the building make this unit's view one of the best at the entire Westin St. John Resort.
A king-size bed is located in the loft bedroom on the upper level as is a closet, chest of drawers, full bath, TV, and other furniture. The living room has a queen-size convertible sofa, which works well for two persons. There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and a washer/dryer within the unit. The TV's are both 32' flat screens.
There is an additional $25/night tax that is collected by the resort at check out.

I also have a, Bay Vista 2 bedroom unit from 4/6/24-4/13/24, sleeps 8, with a Great View, that is in a prime building near the big pool and the beach. Additionaly I have a studio for the week of 12/27/24-1/3/25. Please call me on my cell phone, 203-536-7906, if you are interested in any of my units at a great deal. This is in the same upper building so it also has amazing views . A one bedroom and studio together would be great for one big family wanting the additional privacy or two families together. With a resort view, the Villa Studio measures 600 sq. feet and is equipped with a full kitchen with breakfast bar, semi-private pool, dining table, sitting area with pull-out sleeper sofa, balcony, washer and dryer, in-room safe, Westin Heavenly® Bed, TV and stereo.The studio sleeps a max of 4 people, and has recently also been redone completely The studio has a nightly rate of $450/night.

Perfect for our family!

We decided to add one more day to our trip last minute and found this villa at the Westin! Michael was extremely helpful and was so quick to respond to all of my questions! After a week at the beautiful beaches, it was fun to have a pool day with our two daughters (13 and 15). The villa had everything we needed for our one night. Super clean and comfy!

Gorgeous sunset from balcony

Nice condo at the top of the hill in the Westin complex. Luckily, the resort offers rides in their golf carts.

Beautiful Spot!

This villa is beautiful! It is very spacious inside and out. Great out door area pool, bar etc. Breathtaking views of the ocean. You are close to all the beaches and about 15 min from downtown. I would recommend and stay there again.

Spectacular!

Just returned from St. John. We had a great time. This unit really does have it all. Very clean and up to date decor. 2 full bathrooms. The upstairs bedroom loft was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Nicely stocked kitchen. The view is beautiful and very private on the outside balcony. To get to it is up a couple steep hills (the norm in St John) but they have excellent golf cart service if you don't need the exercise. Really no need to rent a car. The Westin has taxi's waiting to take you downtown for five dollar per person. We went to Cinamon and Honeymoon beaches. So beautiful!

Westin stay

Stayed at the Westin in January, recently after the re-opening. The facilities are amazing, just keep in mind they are still a tad unorganized and working out the kinks. Our unit was very neat and clean. Michael was very patient and provided all answers to questions. He was very easy to work with and glad we were able to enjoy his unit in St John.

Beautiful villa at great resort on St John

This is a beautiful villa in paradise. Perfect situation where you have a completely updated villa with fully stocked kitchen - but also have access to the full Westin resort with all amenities. My family of four had a wonderful vacation and couldn't recommend more highly. Michael, the owner, is a pleasure to work with. Will be coming back next year!!

Great Family Vacation - beautiful view and resort

Our family of four enjoyed the ocean view villa and recommend this property for your St. John's vacation experience. Westin resort has great amenities and the Villa is clean, well furnished and conveniently located to local grocery store/ market -within walking distance. Owner promptly provided information and made the process very easy. Cabs are very affordable on island, but best to rent a Jeep and experience the many off resort beaches/ snorkeling on your schedule. Wonderful experience in paradise!

Spotless, modern villa just up the hill from main Westin hotel

I spent 3 nights at this villa as a solo traveler and was very pleased with my experience. The villa is in brand new condition with a loft bedroom, nice shower and bathrooms upstairs and down. Beautiful ocean view from the private balcony, and a pool just around the corner. The villas are up a steep hill from the main hotel, but it's a 10 minute walk if you're feeling like some exercise. Otherwise you can call the hotel and a golf cart picks you up within minutes, for the ride down to the main hotel, for a tip. Also, taxis would come pick me up from the villa and take me into town for $5 plus tip. Since there are so many taxis in the Cruz Bay Area, I did not need to rent a car. The beach at the Westin is just incredible, with soft sand and spectacular water, which is was the clearest I have ever seen. There's a bar and restaurant steps from the beach, or the servers will wait on you right from your beach chair. Main hotel also has two complimentary computers in the lobby along with a printer, which was also very helpful. Got some rain for a few hours the first day, but otherwise weather was fantastic. All in all a great experience, and Michael was very helpful and accessible as an owner. I would definitely stay here again.

Great space and resort

My husband and I stayed here with my 18 year old daughter. The unit had plenty of space and we even cooked out one night (great gas grills outside) and had a birthday dinner for our son who lives in St John. Plenty of space. Easy drive or cab to town in 4 minutes or walk to a really nice grocery store. The Westin amenities are nice...huge pool, really nice pool bar for lunch. The villas had a separate, smaller pool where we lounged one day with just our family ! Easy to rent a jeep and drive to all of the beaches. Great gym. Michael made this so easy. Thank you!

Awesome

Owner Michael was wonderful to work with...and the unit was exactly as described. Great view! This was our first time in St John and the Westin was the perfect hub for all the beach adventures. Lovely resort. They had Westin taxis available to take you downtown or to the popular beaches - but for more adventures you need a jeep for sure. We took the Westin ferry to/from airport (couldn't be easier) and actually rented our car on property. Pool at the resort is gorgeous (although we logged most of our hours on the beaches of St John) - there is also a smaller pool about 20 yards away from our unit which had a gorgeous view, a few outdoor grills, and was very peaceful. Thank you Michael! We can't wait to come back!!

Great vacation!

We've rented this unit from Michael for a couple of years. St. John is such a great place for everyone. This unit has all. Michael makes everything very easy for you too! Can't wait to go back!
