About this property

We are the Champagne Family. Ben, Andrea, and Lillian. We had many great years in this place until we finally decided we needed more space to expand the family. This lovely 2/2 townhouse is on the quiet end of the island. 3 miles from boardwalk and restaurants. Free trolley (early May-August) right out front. 200yd walk to the gulf. Complex pool(only 8 units) with shower. One bedroom and full bath is on first floor with the kitchen/living area while the 2nd floor is entirely the master suite with private balcony large walk-in closet and laundry room. WE ALLOW PETS BUT THERE IS A FEE!!

Great stay with our dogs!

This place was great to unwind with our fur babies! The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were clean and comfy. Ben was an absolute amazing host and we enjoyed quick open communication from the time we booked! I would definitely stay here again. There was a super cute deli/convenience/liquor store across the street with very reasonable prices!

There were some disappointing moments but the unit is clean. The 1st floor shower needs work. A few other issues with wasp nest and electric outlets. But very nicely staged and clean.

Very centrally located to alot of attractions and good eats. 2 nice queen beds. Quiet neighbors which was a plus for our dog.

Great Dog Friendly townhouse

Although the outside looks a bit rough, the inside is clean and well appointed. Plenty of room and comfortable. Just down the street from restaurants and a short walk to the beach.

Fun Getaway

Great location, exceptionally clean! Very spacious condo and only minutes from the beach. Host was very accommodating. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a pet friendly rental in the Pensacola area.

Smelled like a wet dog

The place needs some outside cosmetic work. Walking in smells of wet dog was not what I was expecting. I know it’s a pet friendly place but still. The couch needs a cover. Smelled like dog. The first place I ever stayed with a nasty sponge on the kitchen sink and no paper towels.

Festive Fourth of July

This condo is in a perfect location - far enough away from the crowds and traffic to have a relaxing visit but close enough to restaurants and shopping to get there quickly. Easy beach access as well.

Married on the Beach

We rented this property for our wedding on P-Cola beach. Everything was amazing! Location was awesome and easy to get to. Tram station right by property. Beach access very close. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay near the Pensacola Beach area!
