Cute little house located in Mettatuxet, minutes from Bonnet Shores. The Mettatuxet neighborhoods are a good choice if you want to explore the area. This property is priced right for those that love coastal Rhode Island and are looking for a value priced rental. You'll have all the amenities of home including central air! There is a playroom area that will enchant the little ones. The sun porch allows you to find your own spot to read or relax. Numerous plantings along with a small pond and little bridge add to the feeling of relaxation in the back yard.
Please note during the summer season (late June - Labor Day), this property requires a seven-night minimum, and a four-night minimum in early June. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 Pm on Saturday and check-out is no later than 10:00 Am the following Saturday..
Commercially laundered linen packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional linen charge. Guests can opt to bring their own linens for a credit. Please inquire for more information.
