As you enter the first floor of this 2-story home, you'll appreciate the open and airy living, dining, and kitchen areas—perfect for entertaining. The living room features a crisp white shiplap with natural textures and touches of navy blue. Relax on the linen couch while the kids play games and watch TV in the 2 navy armchairs that surround the fireplace. Serve a delicious meal at the 10-seat dining room table or enjoy pre-dinner drinks at the 2-stool bar. Dinner is easy with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances in this bright kitchen. When it’s time for bed, guests will find 1 guest bedroom with 2 full beds and a shared bathroom on this floor.

Ascending the staircase, you will find the other 2 bedrooms—1 primary bedroom and 1 guest bedroom, both with private baths.

Enjoy outdoor living on the large back patio with a white trellis pergola that adds a bit of shade to this sunny place. Keep empty trash cans back of the house near storage building. Keep pool, and beach items in the back of the house, not of the front porch or yard.
