From the master bath with walk-in tile shower to hardwood floors and a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, it will be easy to make this your home away from home.
NOTE: Guests will stay on the SECOND FLOOR of the home. There is a small family-occupied apartment on the ground level, but there is NO SHARED ACCESS between the two spaces.
As our guest, you will have full access to all the OBX YMCA has to offer at no additional cost (Outdoor pool in season). We have a parking pass to a private oceanfront parking lot just 3 minutes from the house. Parking is on a first-come basis. A full-size washer/dryer is available for our guests to use during their stay. All linens are provided! The kitchen is stocked with basic oils and spices.
The location of our home could not be more convenient! Located centrally in Kill Devil Hills, restaurants, piers, national parks, movie theatres, grocery stores, and shopping are just a short drive or casual bike ride away. A boat ramp provides access to the Sound and is located within a mile of the house.
At the end of the quiet, tree-lined street is a multi-use path that meanders along the sound. It is perfect for a bike ride, run or leisurely stroll to see spectacular sunsets over Albemarle Sound. This makes this pet-friendly home the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Outer Banks.
