Spectacular 4 Bed House with Pool, Play Ground, Basketball court. Super location

Our 4 bedroom property is just immaculate and has been fully refurbished to the highest standard.
It has 4 great size bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms one with a double shower, and a large kitchen with sliding doors which leads onto a large deck. The kitchen is fitted with all new appliances, cable TV and accommodates seating for six adults. The kitchen is also fitted with a large over sink window which looks out onto the full 20x40 in ground pool. The property has a large living room with a log fire and plenty of seating, sitting room has a 42 inch HD TV with cable and a DVD library with over 200 movies and is also fitted with air con to keep you and your family and friends cool.

The pool is regularly maintained and our pool guy cleans twice weekly.
The property has lawned gardens to the front and rear which are of the highest quality and mowed weekly. The rear garden is fully enclosed for total privacy while sunbathing and swimming and the deck has a new patio set with parasol. The gardens are also fitted with an irrigation system. There is plenty of parking for guests who wish to bring their boat as our house is situated on a corner site at the end of a small private street. The garbage is collected twice weekly.

It is truly one of the best located homes on the cape island within walking distance to all the attractions that the cape has to offer. We recently installed a 32 x 32 full size basketball court and a large play ground for your family to enjoy. All furniture, fixtures and fittings are of the highest standards!! We really hope you love our home as much s we do and all we can say is Céad Míle Fáilte.

Outstanding home and host

This home is beautifully renovated and the host was proactively responsive and helpful. It was spacious for our family of four that includes two teenage boys. They loved the private pool and half court basketball court. We loved the numerous places to lounge poolside, talk outside and to enjoy grilling and eating outdoors.

Great home with amazing back yard

This house was a great option for our family of 5 adults and 4 children. What really made the experience was the back yard, which is so wonderful for kids of all ages. Robert was very attentive and answered right away when we had questions. Overall, it was a very good experience staying here.

Good but place for improvement.

The location of the house was very good and close to everything. It was near the beach, the golf courses and the Main Street. Furthermore, we enjoyed the backyard as it was very large with a pool and a basketball court which was very nice for the teens to be outside all the time. Unfortunately, we found that the house needed some love. First of all, when we arrived the backyard was a mess, nothing was tidy… the barbecue was dirty, there was broken glass in the playground sand and there was used fireworks on the patio. We also had some problems with the sliding door. Moreover the kitchen was dirty and the was an ant infestation behind the cabinets. Despite all of that, when we contacted the owner, the service was very fast. Overall we still had a great vacation on the cape.

Amazing Week at an Amazing House

I can't say enough about this house. It's clean, well laid out, decorated beautifully, and fully appointed. It comes with all sheets, towels and even paper goods! We absolutely loved the backyard. We played in the pool every single day. We had teens and twentysomethings in our group who were either shooting hoops or in the pool. The grown-ups watched from one of the lounging areas or floated in the pool. Before grilling dinner or after going out, we would hang out around the gas fire table. When the bugs got to us, we would move into the huge living room for games and movies. Location wise, it’s a 10. We walked to town to shop, eat out, and get ice cream. No worries about finding Ubers, the twentysomethings walked to and from the bars without any issues. We drove to a few different beaches, preferring to drive rather than carry our beach gear. The harbor is a five-minute drive, we went on a fabulous sunset cruise and made a trip to the Vineyard. What makes this location extra special is the owner. He is extremely diligent, checking in regularly to be sure your every need is immediately met, without being snoopy. When he says your issues are my issues, he means it! We had an issue with the trash, Robert had the problem rectified first thing the next day. You just don’t find that kind of service these days. It was truly an extraordinary vacation. I highly recommend this location!

Amazing House

This Cape house is awesome! Having that huge inground pool, big back yard for wiffle ball games, basketball court and swingset, you almost didn’t have to leave ! Our grandchildren absolutely loved it and asked numerous times if we could rent it again next summer. Loved the big living room for game nights too! Such an easy check in and check out. Even had a bbq grill, which we used a few times. Nice quiet neighborhood. Barnstable skate park is a 3 minute walk. Main Street, Hyannis also a short walk to check out all the quaint shops and enjoy meals out. The owner Robert stayed in close contact, making sure we didn’t need anything. We rent through VRBO quite often and hardly ever does the owner make sure everything is going well. We already booked this wonderful pool house for next summer!! Thank you Robert !!

Perfect Cape Vacation

This property was meticulously clean when we arrived. The pool was absolutely wonderful when we didn't feel like packing the kids and gear for the beach. Beautiful beaches close by though. The kids enjoyed the huge playground area every day. Close to great restaurants as well as Hyannis Harbor and everything else. Robert Healy was very attentive and friendly. I would give the whole experience a 10t!

Location and backyard is everything!!

My family and I had a great vacation at the cape. This house was perfect for us (adults- 1 grandparent, 2 parents & 2 children- ages 4.5 and 2). If we didn’t want to leave, we didn’t have to, given the perfect backyard set up. Our kids played on the playscape and in the pool daily and there were plenty of toys and pool floats provided by the owner. When we did venture out, we were able to walk to Main Street for restaurants and shops. The location really can’t be beat. Very close to the boat tours and ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. A short drive and you’re at cape cod mall with every store you need. Robert, the owner, is wonderful to work with and is very responsive. He checked in on us several times during our stay. The property was very well maintained and clean. The property is very private and quiet as it is located at the end of the street. There are only positive things to say about this house. It is perfect, especially if you have children! We will definitely be back one day soon.

Great week

We had such an amazing time at cape house! The house was nice and clean, and the backyard made our trip! Robert was amazing. He communicated with us through out the trip making sure everything was good. The grill stopped working on one side and he replaced right away. Main st is a 5-10 minute walk. If you want a nice cruise bay spirit tours has several tours that wasn’t expensive. We did the lighthouse tours. And we ate at spanky clams and it was very yummy. The adults also enjoyed some beers and Barnstable brewing company. Thank you!

Simply amazing.

We were 7 adults. The home had everything we needed, was super comfortable. The backyard was incredible. We brought a canopy and had a big fancy dinner in the backyard. Many days playing in the pool and on the basketball court. Very private and quiet block. And you must try Katie’s ice cream! Many thanks, Robert!!

Wonderful break from reality

After more than 3 months of staying at home it was a nice change of pace to head to Hyannis. The property is wonderful. Clean pool. Huge yard and basketball court. Four good sized bedrooms with AC. Well equipped kitchen and nice Weber gas grill. Easy walk or bike ride to Main St. the hardest choice was where to go for ice cream every night! Robert was very attentive and easy to reach.

Wish I could’ve stayed longer!

I spent a week with my 2 kids and we had a blast. The backyard is amazing, and the kitchen flows very conveniently to the yard so if you want to enjoy time outside with family / friends in a private space, it’s great. Bob, our host, was also incredibly responsive and easy going.

Location and amenities galore!

Just returned from an amazing week at The Cape House! You can’t beat the location and amenities at this gem. You can walk to town and great restaurants. The pool and backyard kept us busy for hours. We had an amazing week and can’t imagine staying anywhere else on the Cape! Robert, the owner, is extremely responsive. He makes sure that your stay is unbelievable! He thought of everything! We enjoyed Portside Tavern, Flashback Retro arcade, Anejo Mexican Restaurant and The Daily Paper, all within walking distance. We took trips to Provincetown and Chatham, so nice to be centrally located. We also enjoyed biking The Cape Cod Rail Trail, about a 15 minute car ride but definitely worth it. We had two families and felt at home the whole time! Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect location

We had a wonderful week at Cape House, the house is big and really well appointed, everything we needed. The garden is spectacular, something for everyone. The pool is huge with a great shallow end for younger ones and a deep end deep enough to jump into. The playground is wonderful and kept my 5 year old entertained a lot. My 9 year olds basketball skills have improved thanks the court and hoop, lots of fun. Plenty of lawn for other games too. Robert was brilliant, telephoned and emailed with great instructions and advice. I would thoroughly recommend this house!

A Fabulous Family Vacation

The vacation home was everything we had hoped for and more. The house was spotless upon arrival. The decor was homey and comfortable. But the backyard living area made the vacation. The pool, the play area, and the basketball court kept everyone busy throughout the day. The lawn area was large enough for lawn games and entertaining. The property owner was available 24/7 to answer questions and assist when needed. We will differently be back!

Three Generations

We couldn't have been more pleased. Even before we booked, we asked if handicapped grips could be placed in the downstairs bath and we were accommodated. My husbands mobility is limited and the whole downstairs was easy to maneuver with a walker. The lavatory in the master bedroom was so helpful. The living space was attractive and the furniture was extremely comfortable. There was plenty of room to spread out for TV, reading or conversation. Having a computer available on site made it easy to keep in touch with the world. The kitchen was roomy, and the sliding doors to a deck and three steps to the pool made for lazy living. With three teens who didn't want to build sand castles, we found that we didn't even need to go to the beach- The town was within walking distance for the kids, perhaps not for Nanny. The amazing thing was we were so close to the center of town but being at the house at the end of a cul de sac made us feel like we were the only people in the world. The property was beautifully maintained and the kids enjoyed the basketball court. We didn't have little ones, but the playground would entertain little ones for hours and parents could monitor them from the table at the back of the yard. Everything we needed was provided- paper products, the knives were sharp, towels plentiful, appliances updated. Our host was so responsive and was even so thoughtful as to wish us a Happy 4th of July. We even were able to see some of the fireworks from the backyard. It was a wondrous place.

Wonderful “all inclusive” vacation spot!

We had the joy of spending a week at the “Cape House”. Four of us including 6 year old daughter and 70s grandpa. From initial booking Robert was almost instantaneously responsive which was shocking as he is in Ireland and would often answer my questions at 3 in the morning his time. The house itself is amazing with a large pool, playground, basketball court, and large yard which we used for baseball, frisbee, soccer, and kickball. Everything we needed for our Ray was within 5 minutes of the house! We ate dinner out 4 times and grilled on the Weber the other 3. Weather wasn’t good the first 4 days but we managed with the great backyard and nearby attractions. We have been on the cape every summer for 25 years and other than our own house that we sold 4 years ago, this house was amazing. The upstairs bedrooms were perfect for the kiddo as she had her choice and both cooled comfortably at night. Our original plan for the grandpa to sleep upstairs was thwarted as the stairs up are steep and narrow. Two downstairs bedrooms were perfectly comfortable although one is fairly tight with no bureaus but a closet with a shelf and place to hang which worked well for grandpa. I ended up sleeping on the sleeper sofa as our LO decided she wanted to sleep with mama the last 2 nights. Perfectly comfortable for a sofa pull out. The furniture is all in great new condition as are the washer and dryer which worked silently and quickly for our many loads. We had a couple issues and questions during our stay and Robert replied and fixed them within minutes! If we had a complaint which I am struggling to find it would be that there is no real pantry so we had to go buy oils vinegars etc (which we left for later renters). I don’t consider that a real complaint as the house literally had everything else in place and was perfectly clean when we stepped in. This is a wonderful home and we are sure your family will love it like we did!

Great yard, great house, great location

We had so much fun at this house. It was the perfect location, every morning I popped my kids in the stroller and walked downtown for breakfast. My kids enjoyed ice cream from a different place almost everyday🤣. The yard was great, the loved swimming in the warm pool and playing on the playground. The kitchen was well appointed and the grill worked great. Craigville beach was not far and was warm and big. The ACs kept the house cold despite the heat. Could not have asked for anything more!

Fun Fun Fun

Firstly, the owner Robert was an absolute pleasure to work with! He made sure we were happy all the way from booking to departure! The house itself was perfect! Everything was clean, neat/organized, and almost everything you would need was provided (towels, blankets, paper towels, toilet paper, first aid kit, etc). The backyard was my favorite part-the pool was immaculate and even warm most days! The kids were able to find something to do at all times- they are already talking about going back next year! The area itself was also amazing! So many things to do....super close to plenty of shopping (way more than I could have expected), arcade/bowling was a blast, a candy store which had all the throw back candies and smelled heavenly, but most importantly the icecream and pizza nearby were unreal!!!!! Not to mention the ferry to Nantucket/Vineyard was 5-10mins away and the kids FAVORITE part was the inflatable park-again only 10-15mins away from the house! Honestly the best vacation for my family to date! You will not be disappointed!!
