Fully update with open central living area, updated kitchen and baths, screened in lanai. nicely landscape yard in quiet Golden Beach. High Speed internet and cable tv. Sleeps 6 max. It is a quite peaceful community. If you haven't visited Venice Island it is a fun, relaxed, must see location. Parking is in the driveway, it has a garage but the garage is used for storage and laundry. Clean and neat house. No Street parking. No Smoking inside please. Small dogs welcome.
