Seascape 78A is a large and modern 2-bedroom 1-bath condo is located at the Tennis Village of the Seascape Resort complex. Seascape is a gated community, with a golf course, lighted tennis courts, heated swimming pools, town center, and a short stroll to Florida's most beautiful sugar white beach with 2000 ft. of private beach access.

This unit is one level living and has a large private patio, which makes a great place to sit and relax at night! Everything you need is within walking distance!

Great price and quick walk to the concert!

The Villa / Town house was tricky to find inside of Seascape but that’s Google maps fault Lol. it was clean, covered parking with a handy hose to rinse our beach chairs et. WinDixie , gas station or shops, within a mile plus seascape has lots of things. We went to a 3 day concert it was a easy 10 minute walk. Available bike or golf car rental too. Plus one of the resort pools was in same block. Kitchen was well stocked with Kurig n drip coffee pot, lots of cookware etc. The fridge is old but it worked great. Extra trash bag and provided dish soap or 2 dishwasher tablets. The master bed with 4 pillows was comfortable so we slept very well! I felt very lucky to be on the resort sight! the owner Joseph was quick to respond to all questions. We hope to stay here next year for Sun, Sand and Soul II. the beech was Amazing too!

I have made so many wonderful memories with my family over the years and I hope to provide that for our guests. This condo serves as a peaceful escape and it’s definitely our home away from home. We enjoy every minute we get to be there!
