Large bedroom has one king bed and a day bed trundle. Day bed can used for up to two additional guests, or one person or a couple can enjoy using it as a reading nook.

The boathouse is on the property of a large 4250 square foot villa on the water which is rented separately. The outside patio and canal area is a shared space. Please do not enter the boat entrance unless you have a boat rental.

For stays 30 days or longer $150 for utilities are collected in advance separate from the reservation. This covers high-speed internet, cable, water and sewer, trash, electric, and gas. This money is collected by the host through the Venmo app before your reservation begins.
