Please note: Colonnades will be undergoing a balcony restoration project beginning Tuesday, September 3, 2024. Here is what to expect:

• Expected to last till the end of December, maybe into January depending on weather.
• Re-surfacing the balcony decks and replacing the railings
• The pool and pool deck will be closed during the project. The noise level will be loud when they are grinding the balconies.
• Balcony closures (furniture will be brought into the unit during these times)
