The Neighborhood:
Condesa or La Condesa is an area south of the Zona Rosa and 3 miles west of the historic Zócalo, the city's main square. It is immediately west of Colonia Roma, together with which it is designated as a "Barrio Mágico Turístico" ("Magic Neighborhood for Tourists"). Together they are often referred to as Condesa–Roma, one of the most architecturally significant and bastion of the creative communities of the city. The neighborhood boasts some wide avenues lined with trees. It is mostly filled with restaurants, cafes, boutiques and art galleries.
Getting Around:
Uber is always the best way to get around Mexico City's busy streets. Another way to get around would be on the Metrobus that runs along Insurgentes Avenue as well as part of Reforma. However, bear in mind that there are many places in or around the neighborhood that allow for an overly pleasant stroll.
Other Things to Note:
Also, note that:

It is not permitted to smoke inside the building or apartments (only on the terrace). Fines will be applied in case of smoking in areas not authorized for smoking.
