Poorly equipped and uncomfortable apartment
First the positives:1. Plumbed-in purified water, which meant we did not have to buy water or use plastic bottles2. Washer/dryer3. Fairly clean4. Customer service rep texted w/me for 2 HOURS helping get TV to receive local channels. He was dedicated, persistent & much appreciated.Problems:1. 2 bedroom unit w/no AC & only one fan. Had to call for additional fans, that couldn't come till next day. Sleepless first night.2. Sliding glass doors facing east, which means the mornings could be as hot as 83 degrees. Blackout shades in both bedrooms helped, but none for the main living area--very uncomfortable.3. Street noise crazy loud 24 hours a day, & dogs in another unit that barked the entire day & evening. This meant we couldn't comfortably cool off by opening sliding doors to cool evening air. We asked at the front desk if there were other complaints about barking. They said yes, but they could do nothing about it.4. The kitchen had no sponge, dish towels, ice cube trays or ice maker.5. QR instructions for appliances didn't even include our particular appliances, so they were useless. No written instructions6. No white noise machine although one was shown in the QR codes.7. Only one bathmat & one body wash for 2 showers; no washcloths.8. We should not have had to contact customer service at all, but needed them 3 or 4 separate times.We really wish we'd stayed somewhere else, and won't repeat this mistake
