Unforgettable

The home was beautiful and rooms perfectly arranged so that everyone had their own space. The pool area and the garage game room made the evenings more entertaining. The beach was easy access with golf cart.

Description online and by booking agent was a lie- house not very clean

property IS NOT AS ADVERTISED!! incorrect description from your employee and also the description on the website explains elevator in the amenities section of property description and that was false advertisement and was one of the major key to booking as well as the lady told me the kitchen was on lower level and IS NOT - have to go up 20 plus stairs - I strongly expressed my concerns for my 70 & 71 yr old parents and father who is diabetic/disabled and can’t do the stairs - but wait there was a elevator- LIE!! So upsetting that my 70 yr old parents especially father had to segregated at times away from family ( even though we did our best to 13 of us sitting out side for 3 nights and 4 days in the heat and humidity with all the mosquitoes to be able to be around him - since he was unable to get inside the house to kitchen and living room - but again was told that was on a lower level and he would be able to access it and was also shown in the amenities on this property there was a elevator.- such a pain in the but to have to cook breakfast/meals and then cart it all downstairs so we can eat as a family -was also told there was a mini fridge downstairs - there was not one in the garage or in either of the rooms- so that made it harder as constantly had to buy ice and place dirty an so much more wrong with this stay and description- so unhappy

Disappointing

While we have stayed at many VRBO properties and have always had nice experiences I cannot say that for this one. First off be aware that bedrooms are separated quite a bit if you have small kids. Two bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second level with the living area while one bedroom and bathroom are accessible only from the outside on the first floor. Two bedrooms and one bathroom are also only a accessible from the outside and are detached from the rest of the house. You will only have 1-2 towels per bathroom during your stay and there are zero pool towels. We picked up 5 days worth of groceries for our stay right before arriving but the fridge was not working. We had to buy coolers and ice throughout the week to try to keep our perishable items cool. We had contacted the company immediately after finding out but nothing was done to remedy the situation during our stay. We had to try to eat as much of that food we could before it went bad. $700 worth of groceries. The grill did not work either. Maintenance said they would replace it but that was also not done during our stay. There was one dish rag in the kitchen in total. We are a very laid back family but the amount of issues this property had that went unaddressed really put a damper on our otherwise nice stay.
