Located in the heart RiNo Art District, this unit has plenty of space to gather with 4 king beds, a sofa pull out, and a queen air mattress. Modern open concept kitchen with stainless appliances, cooking amenities, coffee, and snacks. Comfortable seating in the living room with high speed WIFI and smart TVs throughout. Close to nearby restaurants, bars, and the Mission Ballroom concert venue. Fun!
This is 1 unit of a 4 unit condo/loft complex. Guests have their own private, separate entrance. The only shared space is public street parking. Please do not disturb other tenants and neighbors.
