We thought you might like to know a little more about us before renting our condo.
We first decided we wanted a retirement home and family vacation spot in 2006, though retirement was still quite a few years away. Our family has enjoyed our visits so much, we decided to share them with folks who love the beach as much as we do.
Our condo is a privately owned, two bedroom, two bath, ground floor end unit in the Magnolia Place community. This community is mostly residential. Please be respectful by keeping noise to a minimum. It is very close to the beach, yet out of the noise and congestion of beach front property. We are within minutes of Broadway at the Beach. For golfers, we have two courses on the property and are within minutes from many more.
We look forward to establishing many friends and repeat customers by offering “no hassle” accommodations at an extremely affordable price.

Ground floor, close to pool with no obstructing views. The Cal Ripken Experience is very close by. Convenience, comfort, and affordability. A 55” Roku Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Sling, HBO, and ShowTime has been added in 2022. Please use your own login and password
