Beautiful 5 bedroom/5 bath pool home, perfectly located in the luxurious GOLF and gated community of Reunion, Kissimmee, Orlando. This 3,270 square foot home is privately secluded in a wonderful landscape with tranquil views of the conservation area. The oversized Kitchen overlooks the spacious living room area that is bright and open with french doors that lead to the spacious outside swimming pool and covered patio area. The property is conveniently situated to quickly access all Reunion Resort amenities. Great proximity to all the major theme parks, especially WALT DISNEY WORLD being just 2 exits away, makes this vacation community a top choice for visitors of all ages. If you are looking to take a few golf swings you can take the challenge on any of the 3 World Class Championship GOLF COURSES designed by Arnold Palmer, Tom Watson And Jack Nicklaus that are located on site. Reunion offers many onsite restaurants from hamburgers at The Cove to fine dining at Forte and everything in between. There are 12 pools in the community including MULTIMILLION DOLLAR WATER PARK with lazy river & water slide. WE DON’T have membership to reunion waterpark and resort.

A bit dirty and non-functioning pool
Overall the home was nice, a bit dated as well. However, the cleaning people did a very surface level wipe down. The amount of dust on the curtains and baseboards as well as underneath the couches ( also toys were under there ) was ridiculous. The carpets were not vacuumed well, so I did it myself. Old contact lenses, paper, nails... bunch of stuff was on the floors and a crusty sink with old food. Additionally, the pool pump did not work and it was like pulling teeth to try nd get it fixed, which by the way NEVER happened. Why rent a home with a pool that doesn't work. The owner was somewhat responsive but didn't seem to care. Trying to get a credit is also like pulling teeth. False advertising, no responsibility...they even stated the cleaning people said they cleaned... I mean really??? Are they going to say no we didn't really clean. And to boot no hand soap in an any of the bathrooms let alone any shampoos, etc. I would avoid this place as there are aa ton other places in Reunion to rent. VRBO has been great trying to help me get money back for this poor experience. Take pictures and communicate through the app so everything is documented if you have this issue here or anywhere else you rent.

I was happy with stay, pool was smaller than it looked in pictures, I selected this property because it showed a nice grille but when we received the contract after I had already booked and payed it stated that we could not use it. Needs oven mitts, and a large pot only 2 small ones also when I pulled pot from cabinet it had not been washed since last use. The rooms are great if you don't mind stains all over the carpet.

Great house for a family
The house is great and we had a blast. There were a few minor things that needed repairs. The refrigerator doesn't cool well and there was paint splatter in one of the master bedrooms. When we arrived, two hours after check-in, housekeeping was still there and had us wait outside. However, they more than made up for this by allowing us to check out two hours late. We really appreciated that. We also had to purchase all basic supplies (laundry and dish detergents, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.), for just two nights. Which is not convenient when you are traveling. I would almost rather pay a little more and have these things available there for me. But this did not affect our great time!

Everything agreed to the description. The house is very spacious and the neighborhood is very nice. the communication was timely and friendly. My only complaint is the prohibition to use the grill in a house with a pool but you can't use the grill. However, for those who do not want to use it, it is fine. The cleaning in general was good I would suggest a little more detail in the rooms but in general I was very nice they allowed me to be with my sister's support dog and celebrate her birthday
