So. Dennis, Main floor single-family house with an additional separate one-bedroom basement unit.
The One Bedroom basement Unit is available upon request for a fee, and if vacant.
2 Bedroom,1 and ½ Baths, sleeps 8, WiFi, Streaming TV, AC first floor, W/D.
Hardwood floor, Slider to back deck, gas grille, fire pit.
1st Flr living room queen sleep sofa with ½ bath.
2nd floor, Two large bedrooms sleep six w/ Full Bath.
One bedroom has one king bed, 2nd bedroom has one queen and one full-size bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Parking in driveway, quiet neighborhood.
Tenant is responsible for their own linens, bath, and beach towels.

(Weekly Bookings from Saturday to Saturday only.)

Perfect cape getaway

This house was clean and well stocked with plates, cooking items, and extra blankets, pillows, etc. Owner was very pleasant to work with and responsive of requests and needs before and during our stay. Would highly recommend!
