This special villa in the west of Cape Coral offers you on 2,509 sqft. with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms space for 6 persons.
The infinity pool with Whirlpool, surrounded by palm trees, offers spectacular views of one of the 8 Lakes, with boat access to the Gulf of Mexico. The villa also has a private boat dock ideal for enjoying the Florida sun.

The master suite has a king size bed, the master bathroom has both a bath tub and a separate large walk-in shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms also have a king size bed. Both, the master suite and 2nd bedroom have direct access to the pool through large glass doors, overlooking Britannia Lake. All 3 bedrooms are furnished with nightstands, dressers, closets and TV. The 2nd bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, perfect for dinner with family and friends. In the bright, and with attention to detail furnished living area, with flat screen TV, you will feel right at home and can really relax. Additional ceiling fans are of course installed in each room. In the foyer area there is a pool table, perfect for a small tournament.

The large, west-facing terrace, guarantees undisturbed sunny days and pure vacation pleasure. The infinity pool with Whirlpool invites you to relax and unwind. The covered seating area with outdoor kitchen and gas grill is ideal for sociable barbecue evenings. Comfortable sun chaises are also available for you. The villa is very quiet and yet centrally located. Stores, grocery stores and numerous restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Banks and gas stations as well as golf and tennis courts are also within a short drive. A cooler, beach towels, 2 beach chairs, umbrella, 2 bikes and much more are waiting for you.

Electric is not included and will be charged by actual consumption and must be paid on site at check-out.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.

Cape Coral is an absolute dream on the water. You can reach the most beautiful beaches of Fort Myers Beach and the surrounding islands of Sanibel and Captiva in the fastest way.
You can rent a boat to this villa, just ask for it when booking.

Smoking is not permitted inside of this villa.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. Events are not permitted.
On site you will be looked after by our bilingual property management in German or English.
