This sophisticated beach house is located just a short two-block stroll from the famous Windansea Beach. The single-story house has been renovated and boasts three bedrooms and three bathrooms, providing ample space for a comfortable stay. Its location is ideal as it is within walking distance to the beach, gourmet market, downtown La Jolla, and various restaurants, bars, and coffee shops along La Jolla Blvd.
The private backyard patio is a great place to unwind day or night. With a gas BBQ, grilling dinner is a breeze, and the fire table creates a cozy ambiance, even on warm summer nights.
The dining area has an expandable table that seats 6-8 people, and the chef's kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Viking range, and bar top seating.
In the living room, you'll find a large and comfortable sectional sofa, perfect for relaxing anytime during the day. There's also an office complete with a sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a full bathroom, which could double as a workspace, extra bedroom or even a place for the kids to hang out.
Each of the three bedrooms comes with a flat-screen TV, large closets, ceiling fans, and premium linens for a comfortable night's sleep. Two queen bedrooms share a bathroom, while the king bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
Other amenities include a washer and dryer, fiber optic Wi-Fi, and Roku streaming. For beach days, the house is equipped with beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, an umbrella, and a cooler.
After a day full of adventures, this beach house is the perfect place to come home to.
THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING:
House is equipped with a Ring doorbell security system, located outside the home, to ensure safety of all guests
The entry to the property is secured by a smart lock. Prior to check-in, an email with the smart lock code and other pertinent information regarding entry will be sent to you. You will have access to the entire house, as well as the front and backyards. However, the garage and two closets will be locked and inaccessible, as they contain personal belongings. Free street parking is available for your convenience.
There may be neighborhood cats that come into the yard. Please do not feed.
Please note that there is a tenant in the back house who uses the north walkway of the property for access. The tenant's area is separated from the main house by a fence, ensuring privacy for all.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
