Please note, when booking our suites that all of our rooms are operated by the hotel. Confidante Property Management handles the reservation of the room but we don’t operate any of our suites in terms of housekeeping, check-in time, room maintenance, and any other issues that may arise during your stay. This is entirely the hotel's responsibility.
This modern apartment features a kitchenette with stove top (2 burners), microwave, and small fridge as well as a mini bar provided by the hotel (items in the mini bar are at an additional cost). Enjoy a king-size bed and a full-size comfortable sofa bed, a full bathroom, and a private balcony.
The rate is inclusive of resort fees ($35/day value- access to Fontainebleau hotel facilities: gym, beach, pool, etc.), and 2 spa passes to LAPIS Spa ($100 Value) for each unit.
Please note the hotel charges not included in the rate are the hotel’s mandatory cleaning service charge which is paid directly to the hotel upon checkout, and the items from the private bar will be charged against your credit card if found consumed.

The hotel offers daily housekeeping service. If you prefer to receive daily housekeeping, please let us know 24 hours in advance so we can notify the hotel and for them to accommodate your request.

Valet fee for oversize vehicles is $75+
You may also inform the front desk of your housekeeping preference when you check-in.
Guest access
There are 7 relaxing pools between the towers with beach chairs, cabanas, and jacuzzis. Beach and pool chairs are complimentary, simply request a chair from one of the pool attendants and they will prepare the chair, bring you towels and make your stay as pleasant & carefree as possible. The staff is available 24 hours a day to help all guests enjoy their stay to the fullest. Security is always on-site, and friendly guards ensure the property is accessed by the resort guests only.
Anything you could ever need can be found right inside the resort. This will be a vacation you will never forget!

We want to be transparent and inform you that our dedicated team is currently addressing an elevator situation that may cause intermittent delays. Please rest assured that we are doing everything in our power to resolve this issue promptly and enhance the system's efficiency.
HOTEL POLICY: A credit card is required at check-in for estimated incidental charges of $200 per day(per suite) in addition to any room and tax charges that may apply. As an alternative to a credit card, a $600 cash deposit plus room and tax may be provided at check-in if the room is not prepaid.
CHECK-IN TIME: AFTER 4:00 PM - DEPENDING ON HOUSEKEEPING TURNOVER.
Late check-ins will not be ground for disputes for credit or anything of nature.
CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 AM - ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE LATE CHECK-OUT DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY, NOTHING GUARANTEED BUT IT COULD BE A POSSIBILITY.
Late Check-out Fees:
1.) $150 fee for late check out after 11:00 a.m.
2.) More than 2 hours late, you are responsible to pay that day's rate, with no discounts (Please note that this does not allow you as the guest the authority to stay an extra day only that this is a fee for staying 2 hours over check out.)
3.) You as the guest are responsible for reimbursing hosts for any refunds given to cancellations of guests as a result of your late check out.
Please note the hotel's mandatory cleaning service charge, not included in the rate.
Mandatory cleaning fee is charged by the hotel upon departure.
DEFAULT SELECTION FOR YOUR STAY IS MANDATORY CHECK OUT CLEANING: $155 + tax (no service provided during stay).
Every other day cleaning option is also available at the cost of $80/cleaning + tax, plus additional check out cleaning fee of $155.

We are a booking intermediary. Once you check into the hotel they are in control of all the operations. We have absolutely no control over any issues that you may experience if any. If there are any issues you may speak with the hotel and they will assist. Thank you for your understanding and acknowledgment prior to booking.**
Note that regardless of being able to send a request or inquiry, weekends might require 3 or 4 nights minimum, at certain times we can accommodate less nights, but it is at this account's discretion. Holidays will require a certain number of nights minimum stay depending on the holiday.
*Please ask about our connecting one-bedroom and junior suites, which allow groups of up to 10 people to stay within two large side-by-side units via a shared private entrance foyer.

*ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**
In preparation for your arrival, we would like to inform you that our Guest Customer Support team will be in touch with you two days prior to your scheduled check-in date. The purpose of this call is to obtain your credit card details, which we will use to pre-authorize your $200 refundable security deposit.
This security deposit is a standard procedure in the hospitality industry and serves as a means to cover any incidental charges that may occur during your stay. Please rest assured that any pre-authorization on your card is a temporary hold and will not result in an actual charge, provided there are no outstanding incidentals at the end of your stay.
*IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES**
1) OCCUPANCY LIMIT: Occupants in the unit cannot exceed what is reflected in the booking.
2) AGE REQUIREMENT: The primary renter must be 21 years or older.
3) RESPECTFUL LIVING: Kindly be considerate of your neighbors, especially those with young children or in need of rest. Any guests found violating noise regulations will be asked to leave. Additionally, any form of violence, fighting, or domestic abuse will lead to immediate eviction without refund.
4) SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
5) PARTIES are NOT allowed.
6) PETS are NOT allowed.
7) LEFTOVERS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED: Properly dispose all your food waste to the garbage bag provided. Failure to do so may result in an additional charge of $50.
8) PROPER SINK/TOILET USAGE: Please refrain from disposing of any food/items in the sink/toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Utilize the provided waste receptacles for other materials. Any guest causing damage to the plumbing system will be responsible for repair costs.
9) LEAVE THE HOME HOW YOU RECEIVED IT. We ask that you treat this home with the same love and care as you would treat your own. Please note that moving of furniture is strictly prohibited.
10) KEEP THE DOORS CLOSED. It can get hot if you don't leave the doors closed, and the A/C has to work triple its time.
Reporting Issues: Should any maintenance or other problems arise, promptly inform us so that we can address the issue immediately.
