Not an accurate description
The host stated in her listing that it’s a 5 bedroom house when it’s only a 3 bedroom home. They have 2 pullout couches (which they consider additional bedrooms) that both had gum and candy wrappers inside of them and when I asked the host why they were not cleaned or why their wasn’t bedding for them, her response was no one told her we needed them. Really?
Other issues, no shades (throughout the entire house), pool was represented to be heated and after 3 days of swimming in a non heated pool, I complained and host tried to extract $350 extra for providing heat which I refused to pay. Host then provided heat free of charge. I did not appreciate the three indoor cameras (one hidden) which I turned off. The hot water heater had to be repeatedly turned on and off to get it working again. And the awning used for shade broke the very first time we used it. That being said, the house is a nice renovated home but we felt they misrepresented a number of things in their listing. When we complained to VRBO, they provided no support whatsoever.
