anytime we rent from tiera it is always a good stay her communication is on point and her place is always up to par it’s great being able to rent from a reliable source
This was our first time using a rental like this. It was a great experience! We had a slight issue that wasn't the hosts fault at check in, but our host handled it quickly and smoothly! 10/10 would stay again!
Not much to say. We really used it just for sleeping at night while in town for NASCAR. Convenient location. Doesn’t take long to get anywhere. Neighborhood pretty quiet.
We were in town to attend the chiefs game. The house was an easy drive to and from the stadium. We had an early Thanksgiving dinner on Sunday. Kitchen was a little short on pans to bake in but we made do. There were five of us and there was plenty of room to sleep and hang out.
Our stay was wonderful. The location was great. House was clean and comfy. The property owners/managers were easy to contact as well.

Unsafe neighborhood....heard multiple gunshots nearby and vacated 2 hours upon arrival
We arrived around 8:30 or 9 p.m. The property itself was as advertised. We would have had no issues staying in this house. However, about an hour an a half or so after we had settled in, my husband and oldest son had gone out to our vehicle and they heard 8 gunshots in a nearby area. Also upon arrival, the police were dealing with a domestic violence issue by the street. Needless to say, we felt very unsafe and vacated the house to get our family to a safer location. Location gets zero stars. If you are considering this place, make sure you do your research as we should have done more of. It is near some very high violent areas of the city.

Pretty run down
It looks like some grade schoolers added a master bedroom and bath on to the back of a shack We had to walk carefully in the bathroom to keep from falling through the floor. As a building contractor and a home inspector Im surprised it passed code. It feels like they used half inch plywood for the floor sheathing . The other 2 bedrooms didn't have a top sheet in the bed and not enough towels for the 6 people that stayed.
Enjoyed my stay. I came into town with my sons and my pet kittens. We came into town to go to worlds of fun which was extremely close to the place. It was clean and the house was very communicative as my children ended up sounding off the fire alarm but it was amazing. My kids enjoyed it and so did I. They played in the front rooms while I stayed in the back room and enjoyed that big television. I was able to binge watch on my favorite TV show while being completely undisturbed. I mean other than that fire alarm LOL. Anyhow I plan to be back there to stay again. Might be My Little getaway for me and my kids.
I would stay here again. It was nice but not great. Located close to the interstate but there were some unsavory characters in the neighborhood. House was secure with cameras, but l wouldn't walk around in this neighborhood. House was clean but smelled like smoke. The listing said 5 Smart TVs but there were 3 Smart TVs and 2 HD TVs. We had to purchase an Amazon Fire in order to use bedroom TV and we had to move antenna to the other bedroom. One remote had no batteries so we had to buy some. Two of the TVs are super large!!! It was a nice house and l would stay again but l would bring my own antenna and Firestick.
