This condo had a A+ rating for the prior long term owners through one of Maui's largest rental agencies! We are underpricing our condo for our Grand Opening Kick Off! our prices change by the month but we will always be less than the agencies and always willing to make a deal to fill our open dates ..our lowest rates are 129$ a night but the rates fluctuate during the peak sell out seasons so book early! aloha!

We searched the island for the Best Direct Oceanfront View Experience With Breathtaking Front Row Seats For Whale Watching Season and this is it! With 24/7 of Romantic and Soothing Ocean Waves! Huge Heated Pool, Extra Large Spa, Central Air and very rare washer/dryer in the Condo!!....

A brilliant location with a super pool and beach access. A very helpfull renter. The only hard complaint concerns VRBO. Loading the VRBO App is blocked in Europe. That complicates the Information exchange extremly.

Comfy condos nestled right on the north of kihea. The beach is very beautiful, just like the rest of the gorgeous beaches here. Great location to stay if you plan on exploring the entire island like we did.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was clean, right on the beach and perfect! The place had everything you would need for your stay. Mike was amazing.. he gave us tips for the island, left us drinks and snacks as a welcome gift and even a gift card as a gift for staying. The pool and hot tub and grounds were beautiful. Convenient and lots of great places to eat and visit with just a short walk on the beach. We can’t wait to come back! Don’t hesitate to stay here, you won’t regret it!

25th Anniversary Vacation
The condo was fully stocked with everything needed for a week's stay. It was in a great location with gorgeous views of the ocean. The owner was easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and enjoying our trip. The location was perfect for driving to other areas of the island. We loved our stay here!

Relax with a Penthouse View
Fantastic hosts, great amenities, tight quarters for 4, but an amazing relaxing time nonetheless. The hosts provided timely support on all questions and concerns. Rent here for a stress free getaway. This was the first time in my life (aquaphile of ~40yrs) I heard families of blue whales talking to each other while swimming out front.
