The Space:
This 6-bedroom, 3-full bathroom and 2-half bathroom home is perfect for a large family or friend group vacation, with three different levels of living space for your group to spread out and enjoy! Your group will love the incredible location that puts you within walking distance of Peak 8. With two different living rooms, a large deck with a hot tub and heat pad, and beautiful views, this home offers a comfortable space to relax after a busy day exploring!
As you enter the home you will come to the tiled entryway on the ground floor with stairs leading to the first floor and basement to your left and a half bathroom room on your right. The ground floor features a bright and open living room/kitchen/dining area with vaulted ceilings and stunning views from all around. You will love taking in the views from the bright windows as you relax on the living room leather sectional sofa! Or settle in with a good book or for a movie night in one of the two reading chairs as you warm up by the fireplace. Just off the living room is the spacious deck where you will find a BBQ, patio chairs, and a hot tub great for easing sore muscles after a day on the mountain. This patio is perfect for year-round fun thanks to the heat pads that keep snow melted away!
Connected to the living room is the dining area, where you will find a large table with seating for 10 next to a wall of windows, so you can enjoy the views while you have your meals. Steps away from the table is the gorgeous kitchen. The chef in your group is going to fall in love with this home’s kitchen! From the beautiful cabinets to the stainless steel appliances, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal for your group. Your group will love gathering around the large kitchen island where you will find five bar stools providing a dynamic space for either grabbing a snack, chatting with the cooks, or catching up on some remote work.
On the basement level of the home, you will find a second living room, two bedrooms. Comfortably unload your personal items straight from the car into the home from the heated garage. For those visiting during the winter months, you will love the 4 boot warmers/dryers located in the garage, making it a great space to unload your outdoor gear. The basement living room is the perfect entertainment space with a leather sectional sofa situated around a 75” TV, a foosball table, and a wet bar. Off the living room, you will find a laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer and a half bathroom.
Down the hallway from the living room are two of the home’s bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed, a large closet, and a window with views looking toward the trees. The second bedroom is a great room for kids to share with a twin over twin bunk bed and an additional twin bed, as well as a large closet. At the end of the hallway near the bedrooms is a full bathroom with a large single-sink vanity and a bathtub/shower combo.
On the upper level of the home, you will find the remaining four bedrooms. The first two bedrooms are located next to each other and boast queen-size beds, dressers, closet space, and access to the upper-level balcony. The larger of the two queen bedrooms also features a 32” TV with ROKU. Next to the queen bedrooms is a full bathroom that features a double-sink vanity and a shower/bathtub and toilet, separated by a second door for additional privacy. On the other side of the upstairs landing is the spacious master bedroom. The bedroom features a king-size bed, matching nightstands, a tall dresser, and a big armoire to store hanging clothing. Adding to the comfort of the space is the 40” TV, access to a balcony, and an attached bathroom. The master bedroom boasts a freestanding shower and soaking tub, as well as a double-sink vanity. The sixth bedroom of the home is a bunk room in the converted master bedroom closet, with a twin-over-twin bunk bed. This room is great for families traveling with small children so that everyone can stay together while still having plenty of space to spread out. The master bathroom can also be accessed from the bunk room by a separate door.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the home, garage, and a private outdoor deck with a hot tub. Guests will also have access to two parking places, one inside the garage and one directly in front of the garage. Please note, the house has a shared driveway, so you must park only on the right side in front of the home’s private garage. No trailers or RV without advance approval.
The Neighborhood:
This home enjoys an enviable location in the heart of Breckenridge, allowing you to take advantage of all that this fabulous mountain town has to offer with ease. The ski-in/ski-out home puts you just a 10-minute walk to the base of Breckenridge Ski Resort and less than two miles North of BreckConnect Gondola connecting you to the bases of peaks 7 and 8. Or head 5 minutes to the South and find yourself at the QuickSilver Superchair, another great option for quick access to the slopes. When you are looking to explore city life head five minutes to the East and find yourself on Breckenridge's historic Main Street, here you will find endless shops, breweries, restaurants, galleries, and museums where you can learn more about the history of this Gold Rush-era mining town. In the summer months, have some outdoor fun hiking the trail nearby Snowflake Trailhead or go troll-hunting for Isak Heartstone - a larger-than-life art sculpture made of natural materials. You are less than a five-minute drive away from Peak 8's Epic Discovery, where you can have endless family fun! Ride the alpine slide and roller coaster or play a round of mini golf, perfect for a summer evening activity.
Getting Around:
Thanks to this home's close proximity you are truly in the heart of all that Breckenridge has to offer, meaning you can drive to just about anywhere in a matter of minutes. Five minutes from both Breckenridge Ski Resort and Main Street, you are also a four-minute's walk from the Gold Camp bus stop, where you can hope on a FREE Breck Free Ride bus and find yourself connected to the incredible public transit system that makes it easy to explore this one-of-a-kind place. Don't miss the FREE Main Street Trolley, which is not only a convenient and charming way to tour Main Street, but also passes many of Breck's historic sites. Uber/Lyft are also always available.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. Each bedroom has a portable fan in the closet.
If you may need to charge your electric vehicles, we have a 240 volt NEMA 14-50 power outlet in the heated garage for you. You would need to bring your own mobile charger with compatible plug.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
