Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the home and all of its amenities.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in a family friendly west Omaha neighborhood, across the street from a park. Blocks away from Dodge Expressway which will get you anywhere in Omaha the quickest. Village Pointe is minutes away with shopping, dining and movies, ect.

Other Things to Note:
Parties are not allowed, but please inquire for specific events that can be potentially approved.

Please note: As part of our standard process, guests are required to sign a waiver/rental agreement upon booking. This agreement helps ensure clear communication and understanding regarding property use, house rules, and liability. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us.
