About this property

Relaxing Slope Side & Ground Level Condo

Charming ski-in/ski-out unit located at one of Beaver Creek's classic European- inspired resorts. The relaxing outdoor patio features a seasonal creek and access directly to the slopes as well as the hiking/biking trails.

Guests will check in at the front desk after 4 PM. You can park in the temporary parking outside the entrance while you retrieve your room key. Parking is located outside the front lobby.

-Primary Bedroom: King bed with and an en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo
-Secondary Bedroom/Bathroom: Two queen beds and en suite bathroom
-Third Bathroom: Fully bathroom located in the hallway
-Living Room: Pull-out sofa for additional guests and a wood burning fireplace
-Kitchen & Dining Area: Fully stocked with all the essentials for a comfortable stay

-All guests will need to verify their identity and sign a short-term rental agreement prior to receiving check-in instructions. If you'd like to see a copy prior to booking please reach out.
-Valid ID required at check in.
-$40 Parking per night paid directly to the front desk, ONE vehicle per unit unless previously approved.
-Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
-No pets are allowed.
-Coffee pods are not included.
-After 5pm you will need a room key to access the building.
-No mid-week housekeeping/linen services available unless previously approved by the owner.
-Please remove ski boots prior to entering the unit & lobby to avoid damaging flooring.
-Pool/spa/restaurant hours may vary depending on the season. Please reach out for front desk information to verify if they will be open during your stay.
-No guarantees that the wood burning fireplace will be available for use, please reach out to us to verify it will be usable during your stay.
