Welcome to Ocean Oasis, our newly remodeled coastal retreat located just a short walk to Grandview & Beacons beaches in the laid-back local community of Encinitas. This 3br+2.5ba 3 level spacious townhome features indoor/outdoor living at its finest with 5 separate outdoor areas including a fenced backyard & dual ocean + sunset view decks! Note - no a/c though portable a/c units for each br are provided!
GROUND LEVEL (2br's + 1ba + backyard)
The private front entrance leads to a light & bright space with soaring ceilings & beautiful wide-plank wood flooring. Off the hallway is br#1, a spacious room with a King bed, & br #2, a great place for kids with a bunk bed set (Full+Twin bed). Both br's have access to our expansive, private, & fully fenced backyard that includes outdoor seating, durable artificial turf grass, & fun games such as cornhole & bowling.
SECOND LEVEL (living rm + family rm + master suite)
Gather with your entire group in this spacious 2nd level main living area. Starting off with the living room that includes a 65" SMART TV mounted over a cozy gas fireplace, sofa seating, & sliding glass doors that lead to an outdoor deck with a Weber BBQ. Off the living room is a separate dining room with seating for 7 as well as a gourmet chef's kitchen fully equipped with cabinets & counterspace galore, skylights that let in lots of natural light, stainless steel appliances, built-in oven & microwave, dishwasher, & separate cooktop that looks into a separate bonus family/tv room!
Off the main living area is our master bedroom suite, a spacious room complete with a King size bed, open wood beam ceilings, walk-in closet, an exclusive view deck, & a barn door that leads to an ensuite bath with dual vanity sinks & walk-in shower surrounded with gorgeous travertine tile & ocean views.
THIRD LEVEL (vacay workstation + dual sunset/ocean view decks!)
A sun-filled winding staircase leads you to stunning views from our dual rooftop sky decks, a rare treat! Off the staircase landing is a vacay workstation. To the right (south) is deck #1 with dining bench seating, ocean views, & the best spot for soaking up the sun. To the left (north) is deck #2 with even better ocean views, sofa seating, separate dining table, & the best place to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset.

Our home is located in a beautiful laid back coastal area of Encinitas. Literally a couple minutes walk and you'll be at the beach. Also minutes to amazing local eateries with everything from breakfast to dessert to after-hours cocktails! Quick snapshot…
• Dining | Less than 2 miles away are an abundance of shops, restaurants, & entertainment along Coast Highway 101 in both Encinitas and Leucadia. Some of our favorite eateries include Corner Pizza & Haggo's Organic Taco (0.2mi), Nectarine Grove bakehouse + Soltero Winery + Le Papagayo mediterranean (0.5mi). A bit further down Highway 101 are Buona Forchetta (Italian/Pizza, 1.5mi) & Pannikin (coffee/breakfast, 1.1mi). There is also popular Cali Cream (1.8mi) for ice cream lovers, & for upscale dining check out Alila Marea Resort (0.9mi).
• Grocery | Lazy Acres Natural Market (2.3mi), with a bakery, grass-fed meats, organic produce, wild-caught seafood, & much more! Also conveniently located just down the street (0.1mi) is Just Peachy Market, a quick & easy local place to pickup groceries.
• Activities | Centrally located between surf/swim friendly beach of Grandview (0.4mi to the North ) & Beacons (0.5mi to the South). • Attractions | Just 6 miles away is LEGOLAND California theme park & aquarium, with over 60 rides & attractions…all dedicated to LEGOs. Other nearby attractions include ~30min drive to Sea World, ~40min drive to the famous San Diego Zoo, and ~45min drive to Downtown & the Airport. POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
