If you arrive to check in outside of these hours, you will need to wait until the next day to check in and use the amenities.

-The apartment is not equipped with a heating system. For your arrival, you will be provided with towels, 2 toilet paper rolls, small shampoo, and soap. - This is a strictly non-smoking apartment. Violation of this rule will lead to a $300 fine.

-Please be aware of the below are ICON rules and regulations that must be followed as they may result in a fine of up to $100.00, which must be paid by the guest.

Trash rooms are located next to units ending in 01—example 2501.
Garbage bags should be tossed into the trash chute and no bags should be left on the floor.
Boxes and bottles must be taken to the Ground Level.

NOISE
No noise should be heard in hallways and common areas between 10 PM and 8 AM.

DRES'S CODE
Shirts and/or cover-ups are required in all common areas. No bare feet in common areas.

BALCONY
Under no circumstance should any item be thrown off the balcony. No items should be hung on the balcony railing. Fireworks are not allowed.

Check in process excellent….Indira was outstanding. Great communication and hospitality. The unit itself was average. Of course the location and views were stellar, but the unit lacked some basic common sense items….like water glasses and hand towels. Microwave oven thrown in a shelf. Shower door not closing. No soap dish in the shower. TV in MBR didn’t work. Sliding glass door to balcony hard to slide and handle about ready to fall off. Smell of weed in the unit took days to wear off. Several other items that were just head scratchers. Not a VRBO issue, more of a owner issue in keeping the unit current.

Could be so much better

Amazing location and very convenient for downtown. Arrived and got checked in eventually, once the person checking in got off his cell phone. Took a bit of time to check in, and then didn’t have the correct door case and had to wait for it to be sent. Eventually got into apartment, which was as the photos showed on the listing. Unfortunately, bath mate in bathroom were soaking wet and floor was wet and sloppy, had to wring them out and leave out to dry. Tumble drier couldn’t be used as the door to the drier would not open properly to allow drier door to open at all. In general the place needs some tlc, and a really good deep clean. Views from apartment are incredible, beds comfortable, and kitchen is great. Probably wouldn’t stay here again as there is better options in the area the same money.
