Cozy Downtown Oasis - KING Bed / Free Wi-Fi

Breathe in the fresh air in this newly built home located in downtown Sarasota. Here you’ll be less than 5 miles to many attractions such as, Lido Beach, Botanical Gardens, Jungle Gardens, and the Ringling Museum.
4 miles and you’ll be exploring the shops and restaurants at St. Armands Circle.

Unwind and end the day as you relax near the fire pit in our fenced backyard where you may sit back, grill, and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.
This home includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom includes bunk beds that are full sized mattresses. Bedroom two includes a king bed while the third bedroom has a queen bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials as well as complementary coffee. The outdoor area has an area for dining where you can grill and enjoy the fire pit. The backyard is fully fenced where pets are welcome to roam and play.
Guests are free to utilize the entire space of the home. The garage is also accessible and available for parking. The garage includes a washer and dryer available for guest’s convenience.

College Graduation

Overall great experience! The host(s) were very on top of it, from check-in, communication during the stay, and the checkout. House was very nice and well equipped, and the perfect location for our daughter’s college graduation, and easy access to great restaurants and the beach!

Brand new house!

The property owner was a dream to deal with! The house was cute, brand new, fenced in for our doggie, had everything we needed for the kitchen, comfy beds, but most of all the check in /check out process was effortless.
