Whether you’re wanting to explore the outdoors or spend a month away from home, your family will be set up perfectly with our fully-loaded backyard, washer and dryer, and 3-car driveway.
We are centrally located between the Ogden Temple (2 min), Pineview Reservoir (10 min), Hill Aerospace Museum (15 min), Snowbasin (25 min), Powder Mountain (30 min), and Lagoon (30 min).
This listing is for the basement only. If you would like to book the upstairs or the entire house, please let me know! ☺️
Guest access
The entire driveway is available for guests to use. The side door of the house is located near the driveway and is the separate entrance to the basement. We keep the door that leads to the upper portion of the house locked. Guests can use the entire backyard/patio.

We have outdoor security cameras for the safety of our guests and our family.
