Gorgeous! Beautifully renovated ocean front condo. A must see!

Welcome to Paradise on the Big Island of Hawaii!

Our condo is located in the beautiful "The Sea Village" condo complex (unit 3216). We also own the 1 bedroom condo (unit 3217) right beside (VRBO # 1197944). This 2 bedroom condo over looks the pacific ocean with breathtaking views, & incredible sunsets from the comfort of your own lanai. A perfect place to sit back, relax, & enjoy every minute of your vacation.

The condo is absolutely beautiful. It has been completely renovated. It is a definite MUST SEE! Attention to detail has been made to every aspect of the design, and construction. The condo is very bright, with a lovely breeze that flows in from the ocean. It is impeccably maintained and extremely clean. The condo has 2 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a full bath ensuite with a queen size bed. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, with an accessible full bathroom. The condo is also very kid friendly.

From the condo you can watch dolphins playing, whales migrating, and fish jumping. For those looking for more adventure...you can swim & snorkel right off the rocks seen from the lanai.

The condo grounds are meticulously maintained. The pool & jacuzzi sit behind a sea wall, just feet from the ocean. The BBQ's and picnic tables are perfectly positioned to enjoy the stunning sunsets while preparing your meals.

The condo is conveniently located. Only minutes away from the town of kona, 8 miles south of the airport, and close to many stunning beaches, and golf courses

Beautiful ocean view!

Loved our stay here. Was perfect for group of 4 adults- would have been tight with any more. The apartment itself is immaculate, as well as the beautiful grounds of the condo complex- we particularly loved the grill area and watching the sunset from the hottub. The location was perfect, quiet but still close enough to walk downtown to restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Fab vacay

The property was beautiful and in a great location. We were able to see the whales and dolphins from the lanai. The condo was spacious and just right for us four adults. We could only find one set of towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for each bathroom. There were beach towels though. We just purchased some wash cloths to use while we were there and did laundry almost every day. Even though there was no air conditioning, there was good air flow from the lanai door and windows, and ceiling fans. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property.

Walking out on the balcony to be right on he ocean was awesome. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful. Our hostess was so kind and the condo was so clean. I would absolutely recommend this place and a very short distance to a luau.

Loved this VRBO! Amazing views, spacious and in awesome location. I only wish it would have mentioned the no AC but it was doable for the most part when opened windows and turned the fans on full blast. Definitely would recommend this place and stay here again.

Condo was perfect and view was amazing! We even got to watch dolphins spin and flip one day aff the lanai! Host was very helpful and listing was accurate. Only downside was no air-conditioning but we left the screen doors and windows open which helped. Definitely recommend unit to others.

Beautiful location

Aloha! We had a beautiful trip to Kona and loved the condo. The condo complex is extremely well maintained as is the actual unit. The owners are extremely nice and helpful! The condo has everything you need for your trips to the beach, we did buy a beach umbrella which we left. So there were beach chairs, now the umbrella, coolers, snorkel gear, sand toys and more. The only thing I wish they had provided was sheets for the couch bed. Mahalo for a wonderful time!

Lovely, just lovely

This property is bright, clean, and well appointed. We wanted for nothing while we were here. It was one of our favorite things to get back in time for sunset on the porch. Watching sea life and activities (swimmers, boats and paddlers) was interesting every morning at breakfast. There was room enough for our family to spread out. The condo community was just far enough outside of Kona to mute the noise of town, slow down a little bit, yet close enough for groceries. Free and ample parking and a M-F coffee shop within walking distance.

Excellent Property!

A great location for a home base- friendly, quiet neighbors and beautifully landscaped with grills, picnic tables, pool, and spa. The condo is modern, clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. And such a glorious view, especially from the lanai. The sound of the sea, and, oh, those sunsets!!

Wonderful Stay

The family and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo in Kona. The location is perfect. Short drive to downtown Kona or you can easily walk or hop on a blue bike that's just across the street. The coffee shop in the parking lot is fantastic. We enjoyed sitting on the Lanai and were able to see spinner dolphins in the morning and a Manta Ray at night since the light from the building attracts its food. The owner was very responsive to our issue when we were having problems with the local contact. The beach equipment they provide is wonderful and came in handy.

Lovely views in bright clean sunny condo

Condo was exactly as pictured. View from the lanai was stellar. Close to pool but directly on ocean. Very good airflow and fans. Lots of beach gear. Wish there had been a coffee grinder but frig with ice in door was a great feature.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was clean and comfortable for our family of 4, and the ocean views were amazing. Location was great, with easy drive to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Condo was also nicely equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, and cooler- Everything we needed!

We had a great stay at Sea Village! Condo was well equipped with all beach and living needs. Very comfortable and well maintained property. It is nice to be able to hang out with our teenagers in a home-like environment with a fabulous ocean view! We loved hearing the ocean all the time too.

As Advertised!

Easy check in process, and the property was as advertised. Very clean, and airy as well. It was well stocked with everything that you would need for a stay, from boogie boards to can openers to clothespins! Ample places to dry out our daily swimsuits, and the airflow through the property made the stay very enjoyable. Parking was a cinch, and the property was quiet in the evenings. Be aware though, you will be getting up with the birds if you leave the windows open! Sunset over the water was beautiful. On the first day we had a cruise ship come into Kona harbor and we enjoyed watching the cutters take cruisers back and forth. Canoe teams launched daily, and there were a couple of parasailers as well! Location was great, the sound of the ocean was soothing, and there were shops just north and beaches just south. Would definitely stay here again with my family!

Why they chose this property

We have been coming to Kona ever since 1989 to race in the Ironman Triathlon World Championships, and we just fell in love with it. We have returned 16 times since (12 times to participate in the ironman), and finally had the opportunity to purchase our dream condo in 2010. The area is so unique and beautiful, you will never want to leave.
