About the host
Hosted by Kim

We relocated from Northern California nearly 20 years ago to the Phoenix Valley. Arizona has do much to offer with it's natural beauty and diverse endless things to enjoy.
Owning vacation rental properties has been fun. It's nice to meet people coming to Arizona for the first time, or as repeat visitors, and share our experiences and properties with them.
Why they chose this property
We chose Wickenburg Ranch because of it's location of being close to city amenities without being in the city. The community is spectacular and offers everything needed to enjoy outdoor living to it's fullest. The Town of Wickenburg is so inviting with it's shops and restaurants. The ability to experience a true Western lifestyle of living is everywhere you look.
What makes this property unique
Our house is unique because of it's location within the community of Wickenburg Ranch. Tucked in the back of the community it backs up to protected BLM land and has incredible unobstructed views of the desert and mountains. The sounds of nature are the only sounds to be heard at night and the stars are the only visible lights. It's walking distance to Li'l Wick golf course and the Lake Park. The open floorplan of the house and expansive outdoor patio are both relaxing and inviting.
