80% is rented out 20% kept locked up . What you get. 1 master down with a queen bed and private full bath stall shower. The second bedroom is upstairs (Queen Bed) and private full bath. A fully stocked kitchen ,living room, dining room, large porch with BBQ, Ground level is another area with hot tub and studio. A short walk takes you to the community dock where you can swim, kayak and enjoy the Wando River (up 12 NM from Charleston harbor.) Gated community in Wando/Cainhoy SC close to Daniel Island & Downtown Charleston and the IOP beaches. Both are only a short drive away.
