Each bedroom boasts a comfy king sized bed and plenty of space for your things. Amenities include keyless entry, pull-out sofa in the living room, dining/eating area, fully stocked kitchen, ice maker, bar area perfect for cocktails, 49 inch TV’s in each bedroom, a full laundry room with brand new washer and dryer, off street parking, fiber internet, hulu live TV + HBO CHANNELS, central heat and air, alarm system for security and security camera’s outside. We allow pets but please be sure to give us heads up if you’re bringing your furry friend(s). There is a small fenced in area in the back yard. Whether you’re a business traveler, staying for a while, or just passing through Pettigrew Adventures is the perfect place for you.

That experience coupled with my third-generation knowledge of real estate development and design makes me passionate about providing upscale and functional properties conveniently located to the heart of the city that I love.
I am a lover of local, fine art and am always looking for a fun piece to showcase in my properties. I am a dog mom of two and adore the many pet friendly places in Memphis that allow my “kids” to accompany me.
