Sleeps 12! This brand new, fully renovated property will make you fall in love! The space has everything you want or need for your Detroit getaway. Less than 15 minutes to downtown and midtown, this super stylish home is a great place for groups of friends or families travelling together. Close to the University District, the neighborhood is quiet and friendly with wide, tree-lined streets. Parking is on-site with a driveway that can accommodate multiple vehicles.

BREAKDOWN OF THE SPACE:

3 Floors of living space/1400 sq ft fully renovated.

First floor:

Kitchen - fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher), pots and pans, glassware, flatware, kettle and coffee maker -

Second Floor:

-3 Bedrooms - 2 of the 3 bedrooms each have a queen size bed, 2 nightstands, luggage rack and closet - one of these bedrooms has a TV
- the 3rd bedroom on the second floor has two queen beds, a nightstands, luggage racks and closet
- Full bathroom with shower and tub combination

Guests will have access to the entire home except the basement beyond the laundry room.

On-site manager is available to ensure a smooth check-in and throughout your stay if anything comes up. Host and co-host are always available through the app for any questions or matters that require attention during your stay.

The Bagley community is an area in Northwest Detroit the boundaries of which are West Outer Drive (to the north), Livernois Avenue (to the east), West McNichols (to the south), and Wyoming Avenue (to the west).

With unique, historic houses, notably quiet streets, and proximity to shopping districts and downtown, Bagley is an excellent location contender for visitors to Detroit.

The maximum capacity for this house is 12 people. No additional guests and no guests who are not listed on the booking.

Any filming or commercial photography bookings subject to approval and agreement of host.

Medium or long term stays are subject to additional cleaning. Cleaning fee is $250 every two weeks for reservations greater than 4 weeks. Reservations of 21-30 days require an additional cleaning at the two week mark (also $250).

If items in the house are damaged or broken, you will absolutely be required to pay for it.

The house was clean and updated on the inside. It had enough space for everyone in our family to sleep and relax. The house was located near several restaurants, stores and not far from Birmingham and downtown.
